Now with the impending crisis, rental property owners are being arm barred into dropping or foregoing rents and those who cannot or choose not to are being vilified by not only the public but even other property owners.  

Having said all that above, I sincerely apologize in characterizing your actions in a way that became misleading. 

My apologies for leaning on all of you so heavily but could you share some easy hypothetical numbers so I may absorb this better and study it?

The info on the HUD site has nothing about an impending crisis with people unable to pay rent.
