Here's a good link to buy reconditioned sprayers, http://www.gleempaint.com/airspray.html great for do-it yourselfers, I buy the small ones for trim, doors and cabinets, the gun and hose would cost about the same as the complete rig if bought individually, I use it for about a year on my jobs, toss the unit when the packing goes out, because it cost the same to repair it, keep the gun and hose and order another.

and you want to buy this house WHY foundaiton issue broke into and stripped can you not see this is not an appropriate investment for someone starting out at ANY Price you going to get hosed you buy that property .. its a blessing just walk away and look for something in a better area in better shape.
