I really don't want to wait that long to purchase my house hold but it seems bleak unless I get a higher paying job or I miraculously pay off my loans which will bring me towards a $1200 a month which is more reasonable, however in New Jersey thats still nothing.

I know what they typically run for each tenant after a couple bills, and what they should run for the size of the household, so I know if I have a water issue (typically a running toilet that needs to be fixed).
