East Garfield is interesting as it borders one of the hottest areas in Chicago, The West Loop.

Memphis and Atlanta got so picked over by investors and hedge funds when they were the hottest markets in the country there for a few years that what is left is just misc properties here and there that didn't get scooped up during the feeding frenzy.
