You're right me and Jeff and even countless others want to protect the new guys from being scammed so we are going to call out people who don't come up with some sort of proof that any program they promote or praise works.We are going to keep calling out people who don't fess up about these programs and if that means coming down on them hard then so be it anything to keep the new guys for signing up something that they will regret later on.If you can't handle this J Lamar than your only recourse is to leave the site because whether or not you like it we are coming down hard on shills big time.Can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen as the old saying goes.So either fess up and provide proof or don't complain and cry when we call you out and criticize you for it.

Lot of features already updated such as heating/cooling.

Having said that, I never buy apartment buildings if I have to pay for the utilities (especially the heat).

It has to be heated up, in turn creates the voltage to keep the gas valve open and running properly.

If I elaborate I get a lot of copy cats and heat from self elected financial watch dogs.

Renters are more concerned on how they can save money so things like having the home have better insulation which will save on heating bill would be more attractive.

My parents live in Lake Havasu......and I think I have actually witnessed a couple of people spontaneously combust, or it was just an hallucination from heat exhaustion.....either way, it is hot in the summertime!!!

\A friend of mine has had 2 called due on him, but it's b/c he's got a mouth on him and had cursed out the lender both times.He's since taken up yoga :-)

My big fear is that something comes up during a stay that I can't fix...like no heat/hot water.
