This is market dependent, but overall, the industry thrived in late 2020/21 and 22 because of external factors and we are starting to see a bit of a pull back. 

The problem is, when you only have one person, they will need a LOT of talent and experience.Accounting can be done externally, but you need to be sure their system is rock solid.

Include things like:  minimum 3,000 sq ft, long set-backs, only high-end external materials, high roof pitches, etc. 

It seems like the number of super hot markets is far less than steady/healthy markets...and until that reverses, or other external factors change, there won't be a widespread burst. 

What I know about Evolve is that they pitch a low management fee, but they're also leaving a lot of the property management to you (external care of the property, for example).As the STR industry matures, we get more market saturation, but we also get more tools on the daily.

I don't want to do things like remove external spigots, because if tenants have space for a car or garden I want them to get full use from the property.

Each card has a unique number, so we know which tenant used the service.In a house the size of the one you are contemplating, having both a live-in and external "Den Mother"/manager is probably overkill.
