I have been listening to BP since i was 15 and I am so excited to learn and grow in this community and hopefully to eventually invest with some of you as well.

Beyond BP, there is a lot of confusion in the accounting community as well but the same rules have been in existence for quite a while and often were not studied since STRs have never been so popular. 

Once I found the right group, it became an invaluable resource for learning, sharing experiences, and growing my network.It might take a bit of trial and error, but if you find one that clicks, it can be really worth it!

Combine those facts and it seems logical families will opt to continue renting in the city longer in lieu of perhaps buying a starter home and they grow out of the apartment style housing units.

Additionally, the macroeconomics here has seen significant growth - population and jobs are both growing, and major companies started moving and developing here (Intel, Google, Amazon, FB, etc).

As we continue to grow doors, we're exploring the idea of purchasing renters insurance for our tenants and extending the cost to the tenant for a monthly fee.
