Hi @Sam Liu it's fairly common to charge an additional monthly pet fee for MTRs to account for any additional wear and tear on furniture. 

Put in a fair offer, get it inspected, then negotiate based on what's found with the plumbing.

Is 10% a good fair fee.

It's hard to say if his quote is a fair price without a bit more detail about the systems they quoted. 

The prices are already fair and they are sliding every day.

I'm not opposed to this program but am somewhat confused by all the somewhat ridiculous fair housing laws that real estate people have to tiptoe through and then they offer these special deals to only this select group of people?
