That need could outweigh their desire to protect your best interests.Not saying there investment here is a bad thing, per se, just raising this point so that this one element of the deal doesn’t tip the scale to you investing if you otherwise might not.

At least with properly designed cash value life insurance you should be able to pull out after-tax dollars, so the tax element there is fairly straightforward.Just my two cents.

I find that going through the traditional eviction process can take anywhere between 30-45 days till then they will not only get plenty of time to stay but also burn lots and lots of my $$ and might even cause damage to furnished place that I shall give them.
