Thankfully we were able to transition to running a paddle board rental company and doing construction work, which was a great change compared to being trapped at a desk all day solving very difficult scientific and engineering problems!

It has been partially demolished and they are adding a host of unsightly industrial bldgs comparable to an Oil Refinery.

I don't have any experience with that company specifically, but assuming it is a 'build to rent' type program, I have yet to hear of anyone who has a completely satisfactory experience purchasing through these.Regarding the area that property is in specifically, it's going to be a very rural area, currently with low rental demand and a bit higher crime rates compared to the surrounding area.
