As you can see, the commute OP-E would allow me to read many of the classic books in a few years (Metra), but I rather spend time with my family. 

Trade it for a bunch of Classic Star Wars toys which should increase in value after DecemberHopefully of course!!

Apart from that they are beautiful classics but need a lot of ongoing TLC.

I put a brief blog on "Classics of Landlord Lit" if your ambition should include some buy and hold rentals.

I would read up on landlording some here on BP and in other books (I have a blog post up on Classics of Landlord Lit, mentioning some older books but all probably free in your library or for a song used)...
