I think the old and established area has more charm and school zone can stay the same.

I am from Cleveland and I can tell you it is a perfect place for REI.Yes, many of the homes are a bit older, but for many tenants that adds to the charm.

Both of my STRs are older, but I use the character of the houses as part of my "charm."
