A local guy put a house under contract, proceeded to bring "inspectors" through the house that don't appear to be inspectors, pushed the owner to sign a contract, allegedly made several misleading statements, and induced the owner by making a claim of purchasing the house when in fact they were brokering the deal (illegally).

The issue many TK have with some marketing folks  ( and I am not saying that is Melodee and Ali) but what representations have been made to induce the person to buy.Every one has financial pressures and sometimes in sales things are puffed.. and then its the TK operator that has to live with the puffing down the road..I run into this with my long term financing that I do for IRA buyers that have bought turn key and there sometimes was a sales rep involved...
