Of course I did that.... before even posting on Bigger Pockets, but I'm not seeing anything specifically about this company, just a bunch of businesses with similar names that do construction.  

The forums have some information, but the bigger value is in their various member meetups, since it seems the forums are not "super" active with sponsor conversations.  

Also my advice would be to not think it's a loss if you don't pull out 100% of your funds on the refi. 

If there are 2 bigger dogs (30-50 lbs) then usually it is $1,000 non refundable. 

If you wait 2 more years there and it appreciates more, you may have enough to sell it, get the bigger house, and have some leftover to invest into a purposeful investment.

For example is there a standard where a house has been listed for 180 days and now the bank is willing to take a bigger hit just to settle the matter?

On top of that, the tenants are lower-quality, so it takes more work to maintain communication, enforce the lease, etc.In my experience, the additional work and eventual losses erase any benefits of Section 8.

He plans to do more with me and bigger pockets (no pun intended) if the deal goes well.
