Hello, BP community- I have a tenant that has had a bed bug infestation in my unit as diagnosed by a pest control company.

These businesses provided educational return, they got me reading books, but ultimately I failed in terms of finding personal and financial reward through them.Approximately 6 months after my realization, my wife and I were sitting in bed and I was reading the book “Rich Dad Poor Dad”.I remember distinctly, putting the book down and asking my wife “how would you feel about us selling our house and buying 2?”.

I've noticed that for the most part higher price = better quality like anything  We were also looking at a Condo that is significantly less and decent condition (don't really want HOA Fees but the rent could cover payment and HOA) @ 70K, but we could only rent out a 1 Bed/Bath.  

1 bed 1 bath condo in good area.

Be driven and focused, meditate about this before you go to bed and when you wake up in the morning.

Each one contains 2 beds and 1 bath.

Preferably 3 bed 2 bath.

The house was in shambles from previous renters with 11 tons of clothes,bedding, and trash we already removed.

I'm looking at other sold comps that have 2 beds / 1 bath on the property profile on my title website.   

It's a mix of 3 bed (8) and 1-2 bed (7) units, came 75% occupied and with a lot of deferred maintenance.
