Is it really only half the work when you represent both sides....I think not.Banks do have a tendency to look a little harder at a deal where the agent has both sides, and rightly so.

I think that was my point these deals do not have litigation or mediation value. there Is not enough profit to litigate or mediate over... in my mind have the money and have the worker.. worker must trust money to pay at end..
