As far as systems go I'm learning more about landing off-market deals with buyers.What I'm afraid of is when the downturn gets worse the government will once again pause evictions and/or will implement some bonehead anti-business agenda that unfairly harms landlords. 

Reputation, time, lost opportunity, downturns ... are you anti traditional flipping too? 

I know Canada Post will do the direct mailing for you as well, so that's probably the easiest, and they'll probably help you ensure you are not breaking any anti-spam legislation.

However, there is some anti STR sentiment in much of the county.  

Seattle City Council Lisa Herbold, Tammy Morales, Kshama Sawant, Teresa Mosqueda, Debera Juarez, Alex Pederson, knew exactly the consequences and that rents would skyrocket, but these politicians passed their anti-landlord laws anyway, trying to look tough, for cheap quick votes from uninformed renters. 

The problems with aluminum wiring are oxidation related and the interface with copper since copper is a dissimilar metal from aluminum. 

If you turn them down because you don't have a lead cert on file, you are violating the anti-discrimination laws.

People who like hardwood but are looking for a more bullet proof product love this material.If your basement floor is a concrete slab with control joints that will be layed over, I highly recommend looking into an anti fracture membrane to counter act the possibility of horizontal movements in the slabs at the joints, if there is any signs of vertical movement at the joints I would avoid any tile installations no matter what the product is.

That being said( and for the sake of knowledge sharing), I’m not 100% anti-condo.
