Hi all,Was just in Michigan for an extended stay and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on the Detroit and the surrounding cities for possible long-term rentals or flips?

I am researching the city and surrounding areas and seriously considering it for my first BRRRR.   

Id say the first step is to confirm with the city if the zoning allows for you to make this a separate unit. if it does great.if not there is another idea.

I'd love to have someone like that handy since we own in City of Alexandria.
