Unless of course this person you lent money to divulged that the loans were junior position or if he said they would be recorded and were not.

I think its worth a test, but like Jerryl said, you need to post multiple times a week for many months before you would know if its going to work a lot.

Nor do I understand how it cost you hundreds of thousands in funding to not have payments recorded.

It is a very saturated market here as well so definitely worth really digging in to the numbers and finding as many owners here to talk with beforehand.
