There are plenty of unscrupulous people that do this.But they fail to realize that if they offered a satisfaction guarantee, they'd make a lot more sales than they get scammed for.Now with Sean, his offer to refund the purchase if one makes a deal is widely used because it gets people to take imperfect action.
