The majority of the people I've seen promoting a strike are fully functional humans that will recover 100% of their income or more and they have no excuse.This is the problem with any government assistance program.

Has anyone else noticed the eerie silence over the last couple of weeks from a lot of the usual cast of chest thumping, self promoting guru wannabe characters that BP has usually been bustling with over the last couple of years?

Often times the local banks will have promotions/specials for limited periods of time - you could get lucky and find one that has a lower down payment for an under 4 unit non owner occupied.
