You will probably be better off focusing on paying that off as quickly as possible rather than putting money in a HYSA and definitely more so than putting it in a Roth.

It potentially can be possible if you provide your capital to a fund who operates as a private lender.You would have to be a non-managing member in an LLC or an LP in a Partnership.Therefore, you would have no say in items such as who to lend the money to, at what rates, etc.Best of luck

Hello @Jared Leggett,I agree with @Nicholas L.Westchester and Suffolk Counties have median multifamily (2-4 unit) pricepoints that are about $200K below what you'd find within the boroughs (excluding the Bronx & S.I.).That said, it is possible to househack in these markets with ~ $50K.
