Hi @Shahriar K.I grew up in Spokane from 0-19 so pretty familiar with the area and have friends and family that have lived in or around your neighborhood.

My wife grew up in the California as well.  

I grew up in Georgia, Germany and Switzerland.

For example you out grew it, it was a two bedroom, but you got married and had two kids (a boy and girl) and now you need a three bedroom (a little hard to pull off in one year unless you have twins =) ); the other option is that the first property you financed as an FHA is a very far commute to your work, and now you found a closer property that you need to relocate ( the properties cannot be in the same city if you're using this reason and I am not sure how far apart they could be).  

I grew up in the Cottonwood Heights area and currently live in Sandy. 

I grew up with my lawyer so I can get a lot of these type of services free of charge and hopefully it'll slow them down. 

In the city I grew up in there was a law against parking in the front lawn.  

Life always seems to revolve around houses.I have been interested in real estate for a long time, seeing a great aunt rent the house next door and talk about how the rent check covered the mortgage on the house and part of the taxes on her next door house, which I though was incredible especially as I grew older and learned about the tax benefits of owning a house and rental house.
