I recently sold my first property (I've historically been more of a buy and hold kinda guy), and I'm struggling with the QB journal entry to close out the property.I know I need to debit my asset accounts and credit my contra-asset accumulated depreciation accounts.

When you look at the Wall Street Journal/Real Trends list for top agents/teams in each state or nationally.....how many of them are at no name brokerages?

I own multiple properties and I can literally go MONTHS without doing anything other than cashing checks and making little entries in my accounting journal.
