When we do the lease signing, we present each item as we are reading about the corresponding term.

Their cash flow should be high enough where even after depreciation you have some net income, i.e. a positive number, with a plus sign in front.

Can you do the lease signing with an outside source (like docusign) but then use TenantCloud for everything else on the $15/month plan? 

I currently have a duplex with one side vacant and one side occupied and am looking for some advice about the current lease and the one that I hope to have signed soon!
