Creating more usable storage and countertop space.

I get this question a lot, so I dedicated the last 1/3 of my new BP book on self storage investing to this topic.

., and have it shipped to a storage facility awaiting my arrival.  

They can live in a storage unit or Lowe’s can hold them for you until a day or two before the tenant moves in.

I currently have a 50/50 partnership on a Self Storage facility, since 2017.

One for sale has a patio, mine on the second floor has a large balcony.One for sale has a garage, mine does have storage, not for the car,but has a parking spot with the roof inside the gated area.If I would like to bring to a condition like shown ontheir ad on Zillow, it would cost me about 40, 60kHow much more and less is the right amount to lower the price,compared to this one for sale now ?

So husband and I are very much IN the business (37 doors and 1 self-storage unit) we self-manage and don't have systems or delegations in place WHATSOEVER. 

Maybe keep them in storage for a period of time in case the tenant all a sudden is requesting their cameras.

I also have a room that could potentially rent out for storage for an additional $25/month for up to 4 people ($100/month). 

I had a Self Storage facility in Missouri under contract in 2020, but had to back out of the deal right before closing because of bad survey issues.
