If it is raised what would be the base flood elevation (BFE) and insurance rate for flood then.  

You spiel is a 20 to 30 second elevator pitch, if you're standing there 45 seconds later, ask if they have a minute; "I don't want to keep you, do you have a minute, or would it be better for me to come back another time?"

Usually there is a show and tell for the public, site elevations to show how nice the project will be, not really site plans and the public has no reason to see where water and sewer connects, elevation grade of parking lots, where lights go, radius or ingress cuts.......who cares?

One ad I placed for a single family home single story listed syndicated on Trulia as having an elevator with a doorman. 

Get business cards and create an elevator pitch.
