Never failed my NY salesperson or broker nor the NJ salesperson or broker; so I honestly do not know what to do.Does anyone have any suggestions?

I live inland north county so my investments are north of I8 (many are in Escondido) but I do not necessarily expect them to outperform the area.

Hi Folks, any investing exp in Hamilton OH looking at a property north of High and west of N.

The closest properties that match the luxury aspect are about an hour north, featuring modern high-end luxury, whereas our property offers a 'commercial' luxury due to its size, amenities, and prime location.Interestingly, during our property appraisal, the uniqueness of our home led the bank to require two separate appraisals.

I invest an hour north of Ausitn with single family homes.

We have been considering expending north to Hillsbourgh and Pinellas counties.
