The weakness of these strategies is that the system is complicated, and it costs money.But what you are doing is setting bait, a lure, and anyone that falls under the right prerequisites (wanting to sell their house fast for cash hopefully at a discount) will find that bait irresistible and they bite!

I dont know if its for you, but I work with a Broker there that can assist you, they use multiple platforms Moodys is really good but costly if your’e not a Broker or have some quantity discount, hmu Ill give her name, shes awesome to work with, itll save you some headache and time :)
