I thought you brought up a lot of really good and subtle points, in addition to your unyielding determination.

Everyone is doing forbearance's but each one has subtle nuances and it could also change.

Received a phone call from one of our letters we sent out and as I was talking to the seller and listening very closing I was getting subtle hints that seller financing may be a great option for both of us.

There are clear signs of water damage on the floor at the edge of the tub and subtle water stains on the outside edge of the tub showing water running down the sides.
