I recently inputted the keyword searches you can create in your profile and it is invaluable to getting content that is important to you.

Maybe mentioning new haven, bridgeport and wallingford will trigger some key word alerts. 

Also set up some keyword alerts that will notify you of when topics of your interest are discussed.

MLS deals without the offers being held until x date are much more straightforward; these are my least-favorite format and do remind more of lenders offering foreclosures.

I'm interested in this land but there's a mobile home on it and the sellers only own the land so have no title for it, it does have two liens on it one from a bank and one from the County, I want to know if my purchase will be a good idea and if the process of putting trailer in my name is straight forward.
