The gurus make it sound easy , because they are willing $10k courses to newbies - 

It sounds more like you want to do work for a short time and have success without knowing much.

They are pure GARBGE. 3 months after they issued my premium I still get calls from their clowns to sign something and that insurance is not bound....I dont believe they are operating a insurance company, likely a scam artist to be honest  Sounds like this is an issue with their call center/in-house agency?

It sounds like you may be a better fit for a smaller operation that still offers guided tours.

It is an incredibly supportive group, eager to share and to provide advice to anyone getting started.

Secondly, that article, while highlighting a genuine problem that exists pretty much all across the world, makes a marginal group sound like it's a large organization.Regarding Spain first, the measure is so stupid that I doubt it's going to be adopted and implemented.

That all sounds horrific, but how do you inspect the property while at the auction?
