If not for the sake of networking and learning (if you're not an appraiser yourself) beyond anything else.If you're busy and you're making money at an actual 9-5 or are cooking up other deals, then I would make one suggestion in lieu of your time and attendance (only if you've done extensive work to the property).Leave a list of things that can't be obviously known that were done to the property.

The question about her, her relatives and friends smoking she answered "All non smokers"  And that was a lie too because her mother smelled like a dirty ashtray and had cigarettes in her pocket when she brought over the rent.

@Scott Mac, I like "A" As a cook it's nice to have 1 big sink for cleaning large pots and pans.That being said, a sink alone would never attract me to or keep me in a certain rental.

I've listened to DR for a long time and for the average w-2er, his basic advice of avoiding 'bad' debt on stuff that drops in value, to focus paying on one debt to knock it out, avoid keeping up with the Joneses with cars and stuff we don't need, spend less than you make, etc is sound.But... he was basically burned by a stove once so doesn't cook with a stove anymore.

In West Virginia, there were only around 10 or 12 accredited online programs, one of which was Cooke School of Real Estate, which I used for my classes.
