We are now working to get it rent-ready...and one of the things that came up was a giant tree in the front yard whose root has completely buckled up the sidewalk in front of the house.

Here reviews can include additional City improvement work requests like rebuilding sidewalks or installing street trees ect, these are all negotiable and is what I do...but the attorney could do this instead.Ministerial reviews are the portion where you are physically creating the condo.
