I think the question I should have asked is, will the lender see the new private mortage taken against the property, it takes about 6 weeks for the mortgage to appear in the paper here. 

I plan on buying a home that I’m interested in but the seller wants to bring their own paperwork to sell the home . Is that ok ? or do I HAVE to bring my own ? .

If the toilet clogged through normal use, such as just from too much toilet paper, then I wouldn't hold the tenant responsible for the clog itself.

There were some challenges as to how such a site would vet the data incoming and how the site owners would risk liability if inaccurate information kept them from finding housing in their area.It's a great idea on paper, but I think unrealistic to implement.You can meet that need by doing your due diligence and screening heavily. 

You have to live there for 2 years but that will also give you 2 years of landlord experience which you can prove on paper.

The listing agent could be new and never added it so he called him out on it when it was on paper.
