Want to know should I purchase range, refrigerator, microware range over type, and dishwasher for buyer or just leave the spaces empty?

I already removed the stove and refrigerator.

The skeleton (plumbing, wiring, etc) was there at purchase, and spent about $10k finishing the space, adding a stove, refrigerator, etc.

lol.They're claiming the septic didn't work (found to be a clog in the sink drain by my plumber), the laundry facilities didn't work and they couldn't launder their clothes (drain and electrical outlet were repaired and I never heard of a problem after), they said the refrigerator stopped working so they had to buy their own (which I was never contacted about if this is the case).  

The cleaners left moldy food in both refrigerators, and garbage in the garbage cans.

In regards to his home warranty, an R-22 system works exactly the same way as a R-410A system (R-410a is the refrigerant that replaced R-22).

In single family home we don't provide refrigerators for a number of reasons.

The only thing I have ever had to reach into the account for was a refrigerator and a garbage disposal. 2 years going strong.

I don't know if they have big items like refrigerator shelves but I replaced the brains of one of my dishwashers dirt cheap.

It is looking like I'll be spending around $2,000, give or take, for the refrigerator, dishwasher, stove / oven.Is that about what you all spend when doing your rehabs?
