Congrats on finding willing private lenders!

If you have not moved out just yet, it could be smart to just start with signing a one year lease at an apartment or with a private landlord so you have a better understanding of how a lease looks and works.

I am strongly considering the mentorship program in August, although it is very expensive, because I still don't know how to get started finding hard and private money lenders and everything else involved in getting actively started in RE investing. 

Families were still staying in hotels, not aware that for around the same price, they could be in a private home with a pool.

Unfortunately the additional fee disproportionately impacts smaller projects (I recently paid the same acceleration fee for  $600,000 SF renovation as I just did for a $2.5M school building conversion). 

Just weeks away from wrapping up another successful project that is generating a 12% APY return for our private lending partners.This got me thinking about what makes real estate partnerships truly work.
