As I mentioned, these are the same disparities as in the US but, as you mentioned and as everybody knows, the level of violence in the US is much less indeed.Don't take my word for anything but Mexico's real estate is on fire (and American buyers are a driving force) and so is stock market.

hello everyone, i am 22 and the past several years i solely invested in the stock market which i have grown to a portfolio of 275k but i have always listened and been learning about real estate. i am now wanting to pivot to diversify and get my first property. thing is im stuck and having a hard time trying to decide what to do.

Timing the market is like day trading in stocks and runs counter to the benefits and security of real estate over other investments.It goes without saying that current prices and rates need to be factored in to your underwriting.

So I personally take valuations at a downturn part of the cycle with a grain of salt (similar to people who look at the stock market every day during a downturn and get super stressed out and then become tempted to sell at the worst time possible).

It's great to have real estate exposure but you're missing a big part of the benefits if you aren't creating equity out the gate.I invest in Detroit where the housing stock is older.
