@Nikki Closser Then think of the backlog in the courts , add another 3 months to that , more if the tenant postpones or appeals .

The reason is even if you can postpone your mortgage you will most likely still need to pay other bills and put food on the table.

Like counting the cattle hooves and dividing by four.You could just go by tax parcel ID or just market to the PR's then postpone any real research until a prospect responds to your mailing piece.

Side note: My original plan was to graduate with my Chemistry major and go to Physician Assistant school, but now I am rethinking that ( or at least postponing that dream) because I really don't want to take out a $100k loan when I also want to start investing in real estate earlier rather than later.

"If" you have to go down that road, explain that unfortunately the eviction (while postponed) will still show up on their public record and you will still file a second cause for any past due rents and damages once court resumes.
