@Eric Odum I know some of the larger real estate players in South Florida are taking the risk.

Long story short, since your marketing budget is small compared to the other players in this market you have to make up for that with a lot of network marketing. 

To further delinate, a super wealthy resort county w low population and high property values.

Agree with @Will R.I suspect this is very much being driven by the hotel/resort industry to get rid of this new competition. 

This government action against pay day lenders in the U.K. has eliminated most of the players in the market.

The more you show up, the more you get a feeling of who the real players in your area are who work regularly with others, and the more recognizable you become.

I knew that institutional investors were major players in Atlanta, but I had no idea that they were bigger here than anywhere else.  

There are markets that have as yet recovered from the collapse of real estate however a market such as mine,( resort, high 2nd & 3rd homes), never fell off more than 5-8%.

They should know some of the big players in town and be able to put you in touch with a few of them.
