You can use Zillow and zoom into the neighborhood and look for other recent sales and see what the prices are going at.  

The house is in a good school district, great neighborhood.

Last month, while someone was cleaning out our property in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood, the place was broken into.

Having said that you can make money here, but choosing the right neighborhood (resort) is key.

I would recommend you shop around, but since rates have skyrocketed the past 3 weeks, you are unlikely to find a better deal than what you locked your rate at in with your current lender.
