Right now the forums are basically non-navigable to me.For example, if I search for 'Oklahoma City' and select forums and sort by 'Latest,' it looks like I just get all of the latest posts regardless of keyword.

@Evan Barney I have had and currently have clients going the 203k route with home purchases here in CT and from those experiences I think the following is important:Be sure to use a real estate agent that has experience navigating the 203k process from offer submission until close.

If stock is higher they buy less and if everyone panics and start selling off they buy more.I do have some clients that are not experts and have had nice run ups in stock values but they are cashing out and moving into real estate as they do not fully understand the stock market to navigate it's future ups and downs.
