@Joshua Morgan so you are overpaying for property A to subsidize property B and using FHA as a vehicle to do that?

I'm a bit of a classic car enthusiast and like most of us out there, we just don't have the cash sitting around to dump on a fun vehicle that needs constant attention and can be costly depending on what you want.

You are taking a tax efficient vehicle (real estate) and putting it inside of another tax efficient vehicle (IRA).

Most states require you to transfer your drivers license and vehicle registration within 30 or 60 days of taking up residency in the state.

For example, I know contractors who invest in real estate and use it as a vehicle to keep their crew busy during a slow season.

WE had one right up the river from our Ranch in Upper Lake CA.. it was turned into a camp ground and staging area for Motor cycle enduros annually it was called the cowbell  

I also remember someone on BP posting about a large Boat they had rehabbed & stripped the motor from & were Airbnb'g it for a great return.

The last washer and dryer I put in a rental property lasted 6 years before the washing machine motor went bad.

Also if you park a motor cycle on asphalt on a hot day, the kick stand will sink into it. 

@Kasey Destache  do you have parking for 2 vehicles if not I would mention this in the ad.
