Or basically the inner cities of the rust belt.. just look at anyone of those  there are thousands of vacant homes in each one .. we could start there.. but then again you get reality of who will move there. 

Weird that the township would go one way and the city another. township is much larger than the city.

It may be only a matter of time before we see the Salt Lake City / Las Vegas Guru marketing companies entering the “guru” syndication field. 

It won't impact the rental side but will cause issues on the rehab progress and permit nonsense instructed by the city. 

The house is in the city limits of Klamath Falls, Oregon.

It’s possible, but I’m sure the city would make it more difficult than it has to be.

My office is North of the city in Old Town.

However, the City of Columbia only allows a max of 3 unrelated persons per dwelling unit.

It is in a nicer neighborhood of a small city. 

You need to be careful with prequalifying people these days as various cities and states have laws that can restrict that.
