Base hits are better than ground outs, fly outs, and strike outs.

My attorney thought this was fine, but I didn’t like this so I asked her to push back and strike this.

We need some good press right now with rent strikes being threatened all over the place. 

If it was me I’d either say strike that from the lease or have at least 3 service calls on the landlord or split the co-pay.

@Meryl McElwain it strikes me as a regional malaise.............some people are unfortunately being trained to believe that actions do not have consequences.

He strikes me as a pro that knows and is interested in producing.Also, I thought he has a property management division too, but glancing at  his website, I'm not overtly seeing that info--you'd have to ask.I currently use a retail agent from the second bigget agency in town that likely doesn't invest and it's noticeable.

I have had to juggle plenty of chainsaws on behalf of my investors who procrastinated. 5) KNOW WHAT YOU WANT- so when the opportunity strikes you can jump on it.
