working 7 days a week will kill you first or your marriage...don't chase a mirage that others offer... stay within your means conservatively and don't let keeping up with the Joneses kill your quality of life

Having grown up in a rather poor family, and barely learning how to balance a checkbook in my high school, I quickly decided, shortly after marriage, that it was well past time to change my family tree.
