You need to be a pretty high wage earner for it to make any sense- I'd say at least something in the $200k range or more.

In regards to your mark to market for the rental; who gave you that type of range it'd rent for?

But you can get way more specific then that and focus by price range, beds, baths, year built, lender name, length of ownership, etc.

Manufactured Housing Communities (MHCs) are where it's at.

I had a WIDE range of quotes for my building, but I ultimately winded up using Hemlane for the quote as they had the best price and coverage. 

And again, everyones plan will be as different as there destination and so, the details will range wildly.
