I prefer the quickbooks desktop (mostly because I am used to doing everything from my computer), however we use the online because we are always moving around and in different places at the same time or different time, so to stay on top of all the different transactions and expenses we use online to utilize as we go versus waiting to get to our laptop to input all our receipts and data.
