Use google earth sometimes to check an area but I usually find myself doing that more afer watching Jason Bourne movies and put a funky spy movie soundtrack on my laptop.

They even got a cool backpack!

I prefer the quickbooks desktop (mostly because I am used to doing everything from my computer), however we use the online because we are always moving around and in different places at the same time or different time, so to stay on top of all the different transactions and expenses we use online to utilize as we go versus waiting to get to our laptop to input all our receipts and data.

I trade Futures on my laptop and everything he presents is with Graphs and Charts that show you the Data at a glance with simple explanations.

As a quit my IT job guy (thanks to passive income >> FI) I caution to not go with a desktop/pc based business tool where if the pc/laptop blew up was stolen you'd loose data.

That seams beside the point for the OP, but if I see a house or apartment complex that says 'no guns allowed', I assume they have a problem with guns, and I don't mean good citizens with guns, I'm talking gun toting thugs.

Meet with them at the coffee shop and bring your laptop. or use another service that wouldn't inconvenience you and the tenant.

My idea of sitting still is sitting on a beach or mountain or bar somewhere exotic, then picking up my backpack and off to the next destination.

If you learn how to make money on your laptop, trading REIT's or the other Markets, then you don't have to do more than buy a fixer upper Home and use the Tax rules to Flip it and move the money onto the next houses within 90 days to use it Tax-free.
