Hi Amandeep, I moved to Columbus a few years ago (from Portland, Oregon which was super expensive) to become a full time real estate investor, and ever since, I've completed quite a lot of BRRRRs, flips, and own a successful rental portfolio here in Columbus Ohio.

So many owners get calls from guests of water pouring from the cieling below the bathroom into kitchens or gamerooms and it is from guests kids showering with water pouring out getting all over the floor and coming down below. 

I am a full time real estate investor and realtor and I started my journey through this forums as well. 

The faucet in the bathroom sink had only a trickle of water so we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink. 

I'm pretty handy, I demolished the kitchen myself, put down flooring, and electrical wiring and all that. 

Kitchen, bath, parking, etc.  

First timer here!

Some areas will need cleaning every single time it gets rented (i.e. kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) and other spots will need once a week (i.e. ceiling fans, etc.) or once a month. 

Finishes builder grade or a bit higher such as luxury laminate, run of the mill kitchen shakers.
