There is a wealth of knowledge out there in the world of real estate, why isolate what you learn from it by just doing your OWN deals?

This isn't a new or isolated thing.

Is this unresponsiveness a trend, or an isolated thing?

At that point you will know if you have an isolated issue or a larger one. 

I'm more concerned with these charts when certain asset classes are pulled out and/or isolated, and when they refer to specific urban environs and MSAs.  

Isolate the property?

We typically isolate walls or rooms to paint to get the cost down. 

Isolate - "Aside from my commission how do you feel about everything else?"

I have a plumber whom I've been working with and he continues to bail me out while I'm out of town but we agreed we need an electrician to help isolate the electricity flowing through the pipes. 

Or use it to begin a process of limiting risk and isolating assets from mortgage.
